You don’t need meat for special occasions. Plants can go formal too! Join chef Linda as she shows you how to prepare elegant plant-based meals from soup to dessert, perfect for any celebration. Recipes will include creamy asparagus soup, vegetable cannelloni with cream sauce, roasted brussels sprouts with hazelnut butter and chocolate lava cakes. Recipe handouts will be provided along with samples of each dish.
